The weapon was forged in Dagam early in the Fifth Age by Tyam the Ugard. It was magicked by a coven of witches who wanted the sword used by their champion against the organized forces that were hunting the witch covens of Dagam at that time. It is currently buried with Lord Komaaks in his unknown tomb. A replica of this weapon, called Strakoratax II, was created by the Time Lords of Groll and is used by the clone of Komaaks.
