Dyvynarth ap Conyn is the son of a druid of Daghdha from the Isle of Mona. Some of his fabulous adventures include the three day swim he had to make to Cantabri when his ship sank, the Formorian hunt (bagged 16 formorians, as well as a fachan and a wyvern), the Quest for the Armband of Dian Chect (which he later had to abandon when he became involved in the Ny'lar Hob Throtep Project and the Taskmasters). He also was involved in the killing of a taskmaster wizard, and freed a bronze dragon from the Assembly.
Dyvynarth has already made a name for himself in the Celtic lands. Some of the persons he knows include Myrddin and Arsella the Wolf Queen. He generally travels with Nuftalka, a Khemian scholar who is recording his journeys, although his companions have included Datarran Iron Shoes, Gwalchmai, Rhiannon, Marith, and Angharad. Currently he travels with Niam, Datarran, and eight followers (Bron, Aillil, Brian, Correus, Culhwch, Tindell, Mabon, and Fflewddur).
Dyvynarth is a charismatic leader of men, and is devoted to slaying Formorians and Taskmasters. Dyvyarth can read the language of the Taskmasters and is currently trying to end their horde in Germania, a horde 100,000 strong.
Dyvynarth's magic items include
Donyld (a magic harp), a silver whistle that summons a Cu Sidhe, a coin that can
summon Elfsharoth the Bronze Dragon (who owes Dyvynarth a favor), and his giant
bane longsword. He also carries several Assembly/Taskmaster items.
Dyvynarth fights with either his magic longsword, Famhair Marbhaiche, or with Cu Athwd, a silver handled steel longsword for melee combats. For ranged combat, he relies on his tri-bladed spears. He usually goes into battle with his Warrior's Scream feat.
